What is the structure of the course?

The course is divided into three phases:

Weeks 1–7: 5 x 60-minute online seminars via Zoom
Each seminar is followed by a 30-minute Q&A session
Seminar topics include:

Work-Life Integration
Organizational Plan
Create the SystemsStrategic
Planning

Weeks 7–10: Personalized 1-on-1 Zoom session to create a custom plan for you and your business

Ongoing (6 months):
Biweekly email check-ins for accountability
Unlimited help and guidance during this period

What are the time commitments each week?

Weeks 1–7:
~1.5 hours per week for the seminar and Q&A (live attendance optional – recordings available)
30–60 minutes per week for homework

Weeks 7–10:
1–2 hours per week for content creation, strategy, and implementation

6-Month Follow-Up:
1–2 hours per week dedicated to working on your business

What do I need to provide to participate in the course?

You will need to submit your current operations manual and practice information as requested by EDG. This allows for the creation of a tailored plan to meet your specific business needs.

Do I have to attend the seminars live?

Nope! Live attendance is encouraged but not required. All seminars are recorded and can be watched on your own time.
